APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. or to products you purchase through Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in British Columbia, Canada, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. intellectual property rights, Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of British Columbia, Canada, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. is an authorized dealer for every brand we sell. In every case, you are supported by the full, original manufacturer warranty, unless specifically stated otherwise. Furthermore, Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. stands behind the brands and products that we sell; if you are not satisfied or have an issue, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. If you need to make a claim on the manufacturer’s warranty from a product you have purchased from us, please contact us via email at [email protected].
Additional Verification for Large Purchases
Mountain Man Outdoors reserves the right to ask for additional ID (Drivers Licence, PAL Firearms Licence or other) for orders over $1000 CDN. At our Discretion. Upon confiramtion we will let you know that all is good and tracking number will be sent over.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
TERMINATION
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Mountain Man Outdoors Ltd. without notice at any time, for any reason. Due to the nature of many of our products, as well as varying warranty policies provided by manufacturers, we do not presently have an all-encompassing return policy. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via the methods detailed on this website, or below. We will try our best to make things right! Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
